How It Works
Submit Your Service Request
It is very important that we speak with each customer so we can understand the history of your pool, your needs as well as any concerns you have so that any kinks can be worked out before we start regular service. Pool service cannot be quoted properly over the phone.
We Will Visit Your Location
No, you don’t need to be home for us to visit your pool. In some cases; however, the pool may not be ready for weekly pool service at the start. If this is the case, customers will be informed of any repairs or if a clean-up is needed before weekly pool service can begin. All work will be approved by you before it is completed.
A Manager and CPO is Assigned
Our Service Manager will service the pool for the first two weeks of service. During this time, all equipment will be logged and a detailed report will be given to your permanent Certified Pool Operator
Now You Can Enjoy Your Pool or Spa
The assigned CPO will start regular weekly pool service.
